    I went to LA from Washington State to visit my sister and her family, and went to a few theme parks and the beach!

    I didn’t go on a vacation anywhere, we just spent time at the lake and parks, having bbq’s and swimming.

    We stayed home and didn’t travel to far. I took the kids to Splash Village and we have gone to local parks often

    We went to Dollywood in TN at the beginning of the summer, visited my mom in Florida a couple of times and went to Texas!

    We finally got to go to the beach this summer. It was my niece’s first time at the beach and was a lot of fun watching her run from the waves and make sand castles.

    We just got back yesterday from camping for 4 days at the coast. While we were there we went to the aquarium, and a park that had bumper boats and go karts. It was so much fun. The weather was great, which isn’t always the case on the Oregon coast. lol

    Too bad summer is to a near close. This summer, I was able to take on paddle-boarding! So much fun.

    I travelled to parts of Canada and U.S.: Montreal, Vermont, North Conway, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and Ottawa! Road trip!

    Our family went camping for 5 days (we went boating, tubing, swimming, hiking, biking). My kids also went to their own seperate camps for kids & to give mommy a break! We also had family bbq’s to visit with family & friends.

    Gosh, it’s so like school: What I Did on My Summer Vacation – got sunburned touring Chichen Itza, snorkeling Isla Mujeres, and “testing” various mojito recipes for authenticity. It was a good summer!

    This summer I enjoyed a relaxing trip to San Diego, CA. It was my first time visiting the city and loved it! We went to the beach, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.
