The Perfect American Made Dress for Work or Play

By Paula Schmitt

Working from home can have its advantages. I can come and go as I please, take my lunch break when it suits me; basically I set my own schedule. I also have the freedom of wearing whatever I want, and for this girl, I go for comfort. Some days you may find me in my jammies (Shhhh!), however, most days you will find me wearing an American made dress such as Karina’s Penelope which is perfect for work or play.

Even when not working you will find me in a Karina dress. Whether I’m out grocery shopping, cooking dinner, vacationing, or just home with the family, I love the soft, airy feel of the way these dresses, that are perfect for “every-body”, are designed.

Penelope features a crisscross v-front with small gathers on the front and back bodice, waistband, 3/4 sleeve and above the knee pleated skirt with pockets. Yes, pockets! I adore this style. The dress is best fitted for triangle, inverted triangle, hourglass and also rectangle shapes like me. Karina dresses can be machine washed, hang to dry, and the best part – no ironing, ever!  The Penelope is crafted with love in Brooklyn, NY.

Something wonderful happens whenever I wear my Karina dress. I simply feel better about myself and my body when my clothes fit best. I feel stylish, I feel graceful. And that is just what I want for this Frockstar™ lifestyle that I love living.

Which Karina Dress is your favorite for work or play?
