My Pre-Cruise Excitement: Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas

By Paula Schmitt

I’ve recently been invited to sail with Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas cruise line. I am beyond excited as this will be my first cruise, not only with Royal Caribbean, but my first cruise ever! I have spent the past week surfing their website with excitement wanting to know everything there is to know about this desired cruise ship. We set sail on a “cruise-to-nowhere” from Port Canaveral, Florida January 30th and return February 1st. That is less than one week away…I think it’s time to start packing!

From my research online, here is just a sampling of what the newly enhanced Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas has to offer and what I will be experiencing during my stay onboard:

This all looks so incredibly amazing, and as I mentioned, this is just a small sampling of what’s in store for my stay on board Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas. I can’t wait to share my experience with you, and somehow, I just have the feeling that once won’t be enough and I will be back for more and more.

Have you cruised with Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas?

Disclosure: Paula and a guest have been invited on an all-expense paid, 2-night press trip with Royal Caribbean in exchange for her honest review. As always, all opinions are her own.

I took a Royal Caribbean cruise about 12 years ago and liked it much better than the short one I did on Carnival in my 20s (party boat) and the Princess Cruise I took with a friend (and found a much older crowd). Have a great time!

Never been on a cruise but want to. I am thinking a Disney cruise is in my future.

    Hi Paula

I hope you enjoy your first cruise on Freedom. I’d like to hear what you think of the ship after it’s upgrade. We have booked for Jan 2016.

    Bon voyage

    Joe
