Halloween Time at Disneyland Sparkles

By Dawn Cullo

Walking down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Park is always a special time. But during the Fall months it is extra special because the park is decorated for Halloween Time. This year the decorations will have an extra touch of sparkle in honor of Disneyland Resort’s 60th Anniversary.

Visiting the park during Halloween Time is one of my favorite seasons to visit because the weather is great, the crowds are lighter and it’s fun to see the characters dressed up for Halloween.

During Halloween Time guests will be able to enjoy seasonal favorites such as the Haunted Mansion Holiday, Dia de los Muertos celebration, Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy as well as Mickey and friends in fun Halloween costumes.

Disneyland Resort will continue to celebrate their 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration during Halloween Time with the “Paint the Night” parade and the new “Disneyland Forever” fireworks show.

A MODERN ICON (ANAHEIM, Calif.) –– Peter Pan sits atop the drum float, a tribute to the original 'Main Street Electrical Parade' in the all-new after dark spectacular. 'Paint the Night' is full of vibrant color and more than 1.5 million, brilliant LED lights and features special effects, unforgettable music, and energetic performances that bring beloved Disney and Disney●Pixar stories to life. On Mickey’s Halloween Party nights guests will be able to enjoy the “Paint the Night” parade and the “Halloween Screams” fireworks show. Mickey’s Costume Party cavalcade will not take place during Halloween Time this year.
