I was recently invited to preview the “Now Snowing Nightly” event in Celebration, Florida. This was our family’s first time attending and we were excited to visit and check out the town’s holiday spirit. We were happily entertained and plan to return next year for this winter holiday event.
Here is more information on the event:
Celebration Town Center kicked off their 16th Annual “Now Snowing” event with a tree lighting ceremony on November 29th. There was live music and a visit from Santa himself, including family fun for everyone. The fun is scheduled to continue nightly through the holiday season with Nightly Snow Falls at 6, 7, 8, and 9 PM. There will be pictures with Santa, the Celebration Express train, an ice rink, strolling carolers, horse drawn carriage rides and much, much more!
“Now Snowing” is Central Florida’s premier “Snowing” event and offers a new snowfall program, an ice rink and an awesome schedule that is filled with surprises. The ice rink is open daily 4:00-10:00 PM through January 3rd and multiple-day skate passes may be purchased for guests.
In addition to the everyday fun, there will be a special Radio Disney Holiday concert on December 13th and the Countdown to Christmas Concert with Recording Artist Jason Castro (Jason was an American Idol Finalist) on December 20th.
Admission and parking to “Now Snowing Nightly” are free and the event is sponsored by Lexin Capital, Celebration Town Tavern and Experience Kissimmee. Celebration, Florida is conveniently located between Highway 192 and interstate 4 near Disney World.
