There is something for everyone on the San Francisco excursion list, but one in particular caught my eye. For any Disney fan a visit to the Walt Disney Family Museum is a must.
Located in the Presidio area of San Francisco is the Walt Disney Family Museum .
The Museum is dedicated to the life of Walt Disney and contains many galleries filled with artifacts, movies, drawings, music and Disneyland History.
This excursion can be paired with a tour of San Francisco as well so you can still take in the beauty of the city while in port. Any Disney fan would be happy to visit the Museum but it may not be exciting for children under 10 years old.

After the visit to The Museum the tour bus will take you on a quick trip to the top ofTwin Peaks which is at 922 feet elevation. The views of San Francisco are amazing and there are a lot of birds in the area. This may sound like a strange statement but take a look at these photos I took one time when I was up at Twin Peaks.

But seriously, the views from Twin Peaks are amazing, if you ever find yourself visiting San Francisco this is one place you need to go.
The tour continues with a drive into Golden Gate Park and past the historic de Young Fine Arts Museum and Gardens with a stop near Cliff House. Lastly, the tour will travel along the coast towards the Golden Gate Bridge and take a quick 30-minute photo opportunity stop.
I hope you get a chance to board a Disney Cruise and make a stop in San Francisco, the city really is amazing and worth the trip.
