Go Under the Sea with Disney

Have you ever wanted to hang out with Dolphins or explore a giant aquarium full of marine life while on a Disney vacation? Did you know that at Walt Disney World you can do that?

The Seas with Nemo and Friends at EPCOT in Walt Disney World has a fantastic undersea area that is just waiting for you to explore.

EPCOT DiveQuest

Put your SCUBA experience to work for you on your Disney vacation with Disney’s EPCOT DiveQuest tour. On this amazing tour you will get to swim with over 6,000 sea creatures.There are over 50 windows on the giant aquarium so your friends and family will get to see you swimming around the tank.

Epcot DiveQuest lasts 3 hours, and you’ll spend approximately 40 minutes on an actual dive. During the tour you will go backstage to learn how Disney takes care of the sea life that call the massive aquarium home. You must be SCUBA-certified to participate and all diving gear is provided.

The tour is recommended for those 10 and up, minors need to be accompanied by an adult. The tour cost is $175.00 per person. For more information about this tour visit www.WaltDisneyWorld.com

Dolphins in Depth

This tour lasts for 3 hours and 30 minutes of that is spent in waist deep water with the dolphins. During the tour you will go backstage to learn how Disney operates their massive 5.7-million-gallon saltwater tank.

You will also take part in a once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity and learn how Disney trains their dolphins. You do not need to know how to swim or be SCUBA-certified to take part in this experience.

The tour is recommended for those 13 years and older, minors must be accompanied by an adult. The tour costs is $199.00 per person and is limited to 8 guests per day. To find out more about this tour visit www.WaltDisneyWorld.com

Epcot Seas Aqua Tour

If you snorkeling is more your speed when dealing with sea life then the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour is for you. During the 2.5 hour tour you will get a backstage tour of the massive tank where the over 65 species of marine life live.

The snorkeling will last for 30 minutes using a special snorkel device that will keep you afloat. This tour is for guests 8 years of age or older and costs $140.00. All equipment is provided but you must wear your swimsuit. For more information about the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour visit www.WaltDisneyWorld.com
